يهدف هذا البحث التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة الخدمة الاجتماعية في الجامعات الفلسطينية نحو العمل التطوعي في المؤسسات الطبية في ظل جائحة كورونا في محافظة طولكرم، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي بصورته التحليلية. وقامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة تكونت من (31) فقرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة القصدية من (300) طالب وطالبة. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة: أن درجة القبول لاتجاهات الطلبة للتطوع في المؤسسات الطبية كانت مرتفعة حيث بلغت النسبة المئوية للإستجابة (78.8%)، 2) عدم وجود فروق تعزى للمتغيرات التالية (الجنس، المستوى الأكاديمي، مكان السكن)، 3) وجود فروق ﺗﻌزى ﻷﺛر المعدل. وفي ضوء هذه النتائجK تقترح الدراسة: 1) زيادة الوعي التعليمي والاجتماعي للطلبة بأهمية العمل التطوعي في المؤسسات الصحية، 2) العمل على طرح مساق يعنى بالتركيز على الجانب العملي في العمل التطوعي في وقت الأزمات، 3) إجراء دراسات مستقبلية عن دور الخدمة الاجتماعية في مواجهة الأمراض الوبائية. This study aimed to identify the attitudes of social work students in Palestinian universities towards voluntary work in medical institutions in light of the Corona pandemic, according to the following variables: (gender, place of residence, academic level, place of residence, cumulative average), and the study was conducted in the first semester. of the academic year (2021-2022). The study population consisted of all social work students in Palestinian universities, where the researcher used the descriptive approach in its analytical form, and the study sample, which is an intentional sample, consisted of (300) male and female students. Paragraph, and the validity and reliability of the tool were verified, and the results of the study showed that the degree of acceptance of students' attitudes to volunteer in medical institutions was high, with the percentage of response reaching (78.8%).
