هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في محافظة الطفيلة في الأردن للقيادة التكيفية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، تمَّ تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (381) معلمًا ومعلمة، اختيرت بالطريقة الطبقية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في محافظة الطفيلة في الأردن للقيادة التكيفية جاءت بدرجة كبيرة؛ وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=.05) بين الأوساط الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في محافظة الطفيلة في الأردن للقيادة التكيفية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، وعدد سنوات الخدمة، والمؤهل العلمي. في ضوء نتائج الدراسة فإن الباحث يوصي بضرورة المحافظة على هذا المستوى من القيادة التكيفية لدى المدراء. The study aimed to identifying the degree of school principals in Tafila Governorate ‎in Jordan practice adaptive leadership from the point of view of teachers. Methods: The ‎descriptive survey method was used, and the questionnaire was a tool for collecting ‎data. It was applied to a sample of 381male and female teachers, chosen by the ‎stratified method. The results of the study showed that the degree was high. School principals ‎in Tafila Governorate in Jordan practiced adaptive leadership to a high degree. ‎There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance α= .05 ‎between the arithmetic means of the study sample members’ estimates of the degree ‎to which school principals in the Tafila Governorate in Jordan practice adaptive ‎leadership due to the variables of gender, number of years of service, and academic ‎qualification. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the ‎necessity of maintaining this level of adaptive leadership among managers.‎ (Published abstract)
