تتلخص مشكلة الدّراسة في معرفة تصوّرات طلاب الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة لمفهوم المواطنة والتعرف على تصوّرات طلاب الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة لمفهوم الأمن الوطني والكشف عن درجة إسهام المواطنة في تعزيز الأمن الوطني، وتحديد مهددات دور المواطنة في تعزيز الأمن الوطني، والكشف عن الآليات المقترحة لتنمية المواطنة المعززة للأمن الوطني، والكشف عن العلاقة بين تصورات الطلاب لمفهوم المواطنة وتصوراتهم لمفهوم الأمن الوطني. يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلاب الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمملكة العربية السعودية وعددهم (2457) طالبا، للعام الدراسي 1441هـ-2019م. تكوّنت عينة الدّراسة من (332) من الطلاب تم إختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي حيث تم اعتماد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وكانت أبرز النتائج: أن درجة تقدير الموافقة في تصوّرات طلاب الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة لمفهوم المواطنة كانت بدرجة "عالية جدا" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.32)، وأبرزها "محاربة الإشاعات المغرضة التي تمس سمعة الوطن واقعيا وافتراضيا" وجاءت الفقرة "الانفتاح الثقافي والإعلامي بما يتفق مع توجهات الوطن ومصالحه والمشاركة في البرامج الوطنية" بدرجة عالية، وتبين أن درجة تقدير الموافقة على تصوّرات طلاب الدراسات العليا في الجامعة الإسلامية لمفهوم الأمن الوطني كانت بدرجة "عالية جدا" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.56) وأبرزها "حماية وحدة الدولة، واستقلالها وسيادتها على أراضيها" واستخدام الوسائل الأمنية للمحافظة على سير الحياة اليومية لأفراد المجتمع بالرتبة الأخيرة بدرجة "عالية جدا"، وتبين أن درجة تقدير الموافقة على إسهام المواطنة في تعزيز الأمن الوطني كانت بدرجة "عالية جدا" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.23) أبرزها "ولاء الفرد لوطنه يدفعه للمحافظة على الأمن الوطني" و "التعددية والانفتاح على الآخر تعزز مفاهيم الأمن الوطني" بدرجة موافقة عالية بالرتبة الأخيرة، وتبين أن درجة تقدير درجة مهددات دور المواطنة في تعزيز الأمن الوطني كانت بدرجة "عالية" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.10) أبرزها "انتشار الفساد الإداري" (المواطنة والفساد ضدان لا يجتمعان) بدرجة "عالية جدا" انخفاض الدخل مقابل غلاء المعيشة يقلل من الانتماء الوطني بدرجة موافقة "عالية" بالرتبة الأخيرة، وتبين أن درجة تقدير الموافقة على الآليات المقترحة لتنمية المواطنة المعززة للأمن الوطني كانت بدرجة "عالية جدا" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (4.45) أبرزها "توفير كافة الخدمات كالتعليم والصحة وغيرها للجميع بدون استثناء بدرجة "عالية جدا" وظهرت فقرة كشف المخالفات بموضوعية وشفافية"بدرجة موافقة عالية بالرتبة الاخيرة، وتبين أن قيمة معامل الارتباط بين الدرجة الكلية لتصورات الطلاب لمفهوم المواطنة وتصوراتهم للأمن الوطني، بلغت (0.85). وأهم التوصيات: التأكيد على أهمية ترسيخ مفاهيم المواطنة بالمظاهر السلوكية والإجراءات العملية التي يجب على مؤسسات المجتمع القيام بها بدأ من المدرسة إلى الجامعة والمؤسسات الاجتماعية، والتأكيد على دور المواطنة في تحقيق الأمن الوطني من خلال تنمية قيم المواطنة وسلوك المواطنة وغرس الثوابت الدينية والمبادىء الوطنية وتطوير البرامج الإعلامية لتعزيز قيم المواطنة والتوعية بالمظاهر الايجابية الداعمة للمواطنة في تحقيق وتعزيز الأمن الوطني.‏ (ملخص المؤلف)

The problem of the study: The problem of the study is summarized in knowing the perceptions of graduate students at the Islamic University of Madinah for the concept of citizenship and identifying the perceptions of graduate students at the Islamic University of Medina for the concept of national security and revealing the degree of citizenship's contribution to strengthening national security, and identifying the threats to the role of citizenship in enhancing security the national, revealing the proposed mechanisms for developing citizenship that enhances national security, and revealing the relationship between students' perceptions of the concept of citizenship and their perceptions of the concept of national security. Study population and sample: The study population is represented by all 2457 students at the Islamic University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For the academic year 1441 AH - 2019AD, the study sample consisted of (332) students who were randomly chosen. Study methodology and tools: The researcher used the descriptive approach, where the questionnaire was adopted as a tool to collect data that has been verified as being truthful and consistent. The most prominent results were that the degree of approval rating in the perceptions of graduate students at the Islamic University of Madinah for the concept of citizenship "was a degree" very high "with an average score of (4.32), and the most prominent is" the fight against malicious rumors that affect the reputation of the country realistically and hypothetically "and the paragraph came" The cultural and media openness in line with the trends and interests of the country and participation in national programs with a high degree, and it turned out that the degree of appreciation for approval of the perceptions of graduate students at the Islamic University of the concept of national security "was a" very high "with an arithmetic average of (4,56) and the most prominent" protection" The unity of the state And its independence and sovereignty over its lands. And the use of security means to maintain the daily life of members of society" at the very last rank with a very high degree, and it was found that the degree of approval rating on the contribution of citizenship in enhancing national security was "very high" with an arithmetic average of (4, 23) Most notably, "the individual's loyalty to his country pushes him to maintain national security" and "pluralism and openness to the other strengthens the concepts of national security" with a high degree of approval in the last rank, and it turns out that the degree of assessment of the degree of threats to the role of citizenship in enhancing national security "was" high "with an arithmetic average It reached (4,10) most notably "the spread of corruption The administrator (citizenship and corruption against two people do not meet) "with a very high degree" low income versus the high cost of living reduces national affiliation "with a high degree of approval in the last rank, and it turns out that the degree of approval rating on the proposed mechanisms for developing citizenship that enhances national security. It was with a “very high degree” with an arithmetic average of (4,45) most notably “Providing all services such as education, health and others for all without exception with a very high degree and a paragraph revealed violations of objectivity and transparency” with a high degree of approval in the last rank, and it was found that the value of the correlation coefficient between the total degree Students' perceptions of the concept of citizenship and their perceptions of national security reached (0,85). The most important recommendations: Emphasizing the importance of consolidating the concepts of citizenship with behavioral aspects and practical procedures that community institutions must take from school to university and social institutions, and emphasizing the role of citizenship in achieving National security through developing the values of citizenship and citizenship behavior, planting religious principles and national principles, developing media programs to enhance citizenship values and raising awareness of positive aspects that support citizenship in achieving and enhancing national security.
