هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الفروق في القيم الاجتماعية لدى المرأة العاملة، طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 32 عاملة بكلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية، جامعة المسيلة، تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، واستخدم مقياس القيم الاجتماعية لدى المرأة العاملة كأداة لجمع البيانات، واعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي وذلك لمناسبته لأغراض الدراسة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا لدى عينة الدراسة في القيم الاجتماعية باختلاف متغير العمر وباختلاف التخصص المهني وباختلاف نوع المهنة. وتوصي الدراسة بما يلي: 1) ضرورة تحديد معايير اجتماعية تعتمد على قيم المجتمع لكل تخصص ومهنة. 2) توفير مناصب مالية في ظل التوظيف بالجامعة تناسب القيم الاجتماعية السائدة في المجتمع الجزائري. 3) العمل على تحدد ضوابط لتحقيق الجودة في التعليم بالجامعة الجزائرية. This study aims to identify the differences in social values of working women, the study was applied on a sample of 32 female workers at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of M'sila, it was chosen randomly, the social values scale of working women was used as a tool for data collection, the descriptive method was adopted for its opportunity for the purposes of This is study. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the social values of the study sample according to the variable of age, professional specialization and type of Profession. The study recommended the following: 1) The necessity to define social criteria based on the values of society for each specialty and profession. 2) The working to provide financial positions in light of university employment that are appropriate to the prevailing social values in society. 3)The working to define controls to achieve quality in education in the Algerian University.
