تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع تسيير الأقسام متعددة المستويات من طرف الأساتذة في ظل الصعوبات المهنية المواجهة، ولهذا الغرض تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستعانة بالاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات بمجموع 11 بندا، ثم توزيعه على 145 أستاذا كعينة قصدية ملحقين بالمدارس الابتدائية، لتخلص الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: تسجيل نقائص في تسيير الأقسام راجع أساسا إلى اتجاهاتهم السلبية نحو التدريس ضمن هذا البديل التعليمي. وفي ضوء ذلك، تقترح الباحثة جملة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة استفادة الأساتذة المكلفين بتسيير الأقسام متعددة المستويات من تكوين خاص بنوعيه التحضيري والمستمر، مع تزويدهم ببرنامج مكيف من حيث المحتويات والزمن الدراسي. This study aims to reveal the reality of managing multigrade classrooms in view of the professional difficulties encountered by the teachers. For this purpose, the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a research tool were used, with a total of 11 items submitted to a purposive sample of 145 teachers attached to primary schools. As a result, there were gaps in the management of multigrade classrooms due mainly to their negative attitudes towards teaching in these classes. On this basis, the researcher makes a number of recommendations, the most important of which are to provide preparatory and in-service training for the teachers responsible for managing these classes, with the need to provide them with a programme adapted to their content and school time.
