أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على واقع التعليم المكيف بالجزائر من حيث الفعالية والجودة وتطبيق المناشير الوزارية المنظمة له، وكذلك التوصل إلى رؤية مقترحة لتحسينه. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 33 معلم ومعلمة متخصصين في التعليم المكيف تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، أما المنهج المتبع في الدراسة فهو المنهج الوصفي، وللتحقق من أهداف الدراسة قمنا ببناء استبانة تحوي على 3 مقترحات لتحسين التعليم المكيف وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة، طبقناها على عينة الدراسة وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية. توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: عدم تطبيق المناشير الوزارية المنظمة للتعليم المكيف وبقيت حبرا على ورق، كما توصلنا إلى 3 مقترحات ستساهم في تحسين التعليم المكيف وهي تحسين البرامج الموجهة لفئات التعليم المكيف وتكييفها بما يتناسب مع قدرات التلاميذ، إعداد معلمين أكفاء متخصصين، وكذلك إعداد هيكل تنظيمي لتأطير عملية التعليم المكيف. This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the reality of adapted education in Algeria in terms of efficiency and quality and the application of the ministerial circulars organizing it, as well as to arrive at a vision proposal for its improvement. The method used in the study is the descriptive method, and to verify the objectives of the study, we built a questionnaire containing 3 proposals to improve adapted education, and after confirming the validity and stability of the tool, we applied it to the study sample and using statistical methods. Finally; we came to the following results: Non-application of the ministerial circulars regulating adapted education, which have remained a dead letter .We also formulated 3 proposals that will contribute to the improvement of adapted education, namely the improvement of programs intended for the categories of adapted education and their adaptation according to the abilities of pupils, the preparation of qualified and specialized teachers, as well as the preparation of an organizational structure to supervise the process of adapted education.
