هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني ومهارات اتخاذ القرار المهني لدى عينة من (149) تلميذ وتلميذة بالسنة أولى ثانوي، وللإجابة عن المشكلة والتي تقول هل توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني وتنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار المهني؟ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي باستعمال أداتين للقياس والمتمثلة في استبيان خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد من تصميم الباحثتين ، ومقياس كرايتس (1969 Crites) الصورة (ب1) لقياس اتخاذ القرار المهني ثم معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS20. وبعد تحليل النتائج، توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: 1) أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين خدمات التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني وتنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي، 2) جاءت خدمات بعد التوجيه المهني لها الأولوية في تنمية مهارات اتخاذ القرار المهني لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي، 3) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى تلاميذ السنة أولى ثانوي في مهارات اتخاذ القرار المهني تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. This study aimed to reveal the relationship between of school and vocational guidance and counseling services in developing the professional decision-making skills of a sample of (149) students in the first year of secondary school, and to answer the problem, which says that there is a correlation between the guidance services And develop professional decision-making skills? The descriptive method was used using two measurement tools, namely the guidance and questionnaire services questionnaire, and the Crites (1969 Critas) image (B1) to measure professional decision-making and then process the data obtained statistically based on the SPSS20 program. The results showed that: 1) Statistically between the services of guidance and counseling school and vocational and the development of decision-making skills of students in the first year of secondary school, 2) and services came after the vocational guidance has priority in the development of professional decision-making skills of students in the first year of secondary school, 3) and there are significant differences Statistical among pupils in the first year secondary vocational decision-making skills due to gender and in favor of males.
