هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن أثر التعزيز الرمزي وتكلفة الاستجابة في تعديل اضطراب فرط الحركة وضعف الانتباه لدى الطفل المتمدرس في الطور الابتدائي، شمل البحث عينة متكونة من حالتين من جنس ذكر عمرهما سبع سنوات، تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي والذي يتضمن المقابلة العيادية الموجهة، الملاحظة المباشرة، تاريخ الحالة وتطبيق مقياس فرط الحركة وضعف الانتباه حسب الدليل الإحصائي للأمراض العقلية DSM5، كما اعتمد كذلك على برنامج علاجي سلوكي. خلصت نتائج البحث إلى أن لأسلوب التعزيز الرمزي وتكلفة الاستجابة أثر في تعديل فرط الحركة وضعف الانتباه لدى الطفل المتمدرس، إذ انخفضت أعراض فرط الحركة والاندفاعية بالنسبة للحالة الأولى إلى اقل من ستة أعراض وضعف الانتباه إلى أقل من ستة أعراض، فيما أظهرت الحالة الثانية انخفاض أعراض فرط الحركة والاندفاعية إلى اقل من ستة أعراض، وضعف الانتباه إلى اقل من ستة أعراض. This search aimed detecting the impact of symbolic reinforcement and the cost of response in modifying ADHD and poor attention in primary school children the search included a sample of two cases of a seven-year-old male sex, the clinic curriculum, which includes the oriented clinic interview, has been adopted. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM5), and we also relied on a behavioral therapeutic program.
