هدفت الدراسة إلى العلاقة بين التشوهات المعرفية والصحة النفسية لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس بجامعة تلمسان، على عينة متكونة من (100) طالب وطالبة، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإحصائي وبتطبيق مقياسي التشوهات المعرفية و الصحة النفسية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: 1) تأثير الصحة التشوهات المعرفية على الصحة النفسية لدى طلبة علم النفس، 2) وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية من حيث بعدي التفكير الثنائي والتعميم الزائد ومستوى الصحة النفسية ، 3) وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعدي التفسيرات الشخصية والتفكير الكارثي ومستوى الصحة النفسية ، 4) وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بعدين والتجريد الانتقائي ومستوى الصحة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة. The study aimed to find out the relationship between cognitive distortions and mental health among students of the Department of Psychology in the state of Tlemcen, on a sample consisting of (100) male and female students, using the descriptive statistical approach and applying the scales of cognitive distortions and mental health. The results of the study reached the effect of cognitive distortions on mental health among students- Psychology students: 1) the existence of a statistically significant correlation in terms of the two dimensions of binary thinking and overgeneralization and the level of psychological health, 2) the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of personal interpretations and catastrophic thinking and the level of mental health, 3) the existence of a statistically significant correlation between the two dimensions selective abstraction and the level of health.
