In this study, we addressed the issue of assessing the effectiveness of a therapeutic program based on the cognitive-behavioral approach for primary incarcerated adolescents presenting an adjustment disorder. The research sample consisted of four detainees (definitively sentenced), all with the similitude in terms of nature of offence and period length of the sentence, and all meeting the diagnostic criteria for adjustment disorder (according to DSM (American Psychiatric Association's: Diagnostic and Statistical Manual IV)). Since their first days of incarceration, the four cases in our sample were subjected to pre- and post-application of anxiety and depression tests (Taylor and Beck tests respectively), and between these two applications of psychological tests, four cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques were implemented, in addition to the parental guidance support. Adopting the clinical method based on observation, semi-directive interviewing and the two aforementioned tests, and following the implementation of our treatment program, consisting on: psycho-education, breathing control as a relaxation technique, daily activity registering and cognitive restructuring to control automatic and negative thoughts; adding to that the parental guidance, we confirmed the effectiveness of our treatment program applied to the four cases of our research. Nous avons taché à travers ce travail à tester l’efficacité d’un programme de prise en charge cognitivo-comportementale auprès d’adolescents primaires présentant un trouble d’adaptation. Notre échantillon contient quatre détenus (condamnés définitifs) adolescents primaires répondant tous à la même nature de délit et la durée de condamnation, répondant tous aussi aux critères diagnostiques du trouble de l’adaptation (selon DSM) dès leurs premiers jours de réclusion. Les quatre cas de notre échantillon ont été soumis à une pré-application et une post-application des tests d'anxiété et de dépression (teste de Taylor et Beck respectivement), entre ces deux applications des tests psychologiques quatre techniques de prise en charge cognitivo-comportementale sont mises en œuvre soutenues d’une guidance parentale. Recourant à la méthode clinique basée sur l’observation, l’entretien semi-directif et les deux tests susmentionnés et après l’application de notre programme de prise en charge à savoir : la psychoéducation, le contrôle de respiration comme technique de relaxation, le registre des activités quotidiennes et la restructuration cognitive pour contrôler les idées automatiques et les idées négatives ,en plus d’une guidance parentale ;nous avons confirmé une efficacité de notre programme de prise en charge appliqué sur les quatre cas de notre recherche.
