هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في المحافظات الجنوبيّة لفلسطين للإدارة بالقيم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اتّبع المنهج الوصفيّ بأسلوبه التحليليّ، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداةً البيانات، والتي طبقت على عينةٍ من معلّمي المدارس الحكوميّة ووكالة الغوث، بلغت (538) معلّمًا ومعلّمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: 1) أنّ ممارسة مديري المدارس للإدارة بالقيم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة. 2) توجد فروقٌ ذات دلالةٍ إحصائيّة بين متوسطات درجات تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في المحافظات الجنوبيّة لفلسطين للإدارة بالقيم تعزى لمتغير الجهة المشرفة لصالح معلّمي وكالة الغوث. وقد قدم مجموعةٍ من التوصيات، أهمها: تضمين موضوع الإدارة بالقيم ضمن محاور التدريب لمديري المدارس في كلٍّ من وزارة التربية والتعليم ووكالة الغوث الدّوليّة. The study aimed to know the degree to which school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice values management, To collect information and data, which was applied to a sample of (538) teachers of public schools and the UNRWA, which amounted to (538) male and female teachers. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree to which school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice values management from the teachers' point of view came with a relative weight of (67.26%). And There are statistically significant differences between the average degrees of estimation of the study sample members to the degree to which school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine practice value management due to the variable of the supervising authority in favor of UNRWA teachers. A set of recommendations were set, the most important of which are: Including the topic of management with values within the training axes for school principals in both the Ministry of Education and the International Relief Agency.
