هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى تقدير الذات لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم الثانوي المقبلين على اجتياز امتحان شهادة البكالوريا، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (60) تلميذا، مطبقين في دراستنا مقياس تقدير الذات ل cooprsmith والمكيف من قبل بشير معمرية (2011) على البيئة الجزائرية. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى: 1) أن مستوى تقدير الذات لدى التلاميذ المقبلين على اجتياز امتحان البكالوريا متوسط، 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائية لتقدير الذات بالنسبة لمتغير الجنس، 3) هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا لتقدير الذات تبعا لمتغير التخصص وكانت لصالح التخصص العلمي، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: 1) إنجاز برامج إرشادية لزيادة مستوى تقدير الذات لدى التلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية في مختلف المستويات الدراسية، خاصة المقبلين على اجتياز امتحان شهادة البكالوريا. 2) تعزيز مفهوم تقدير الذات لدى التلاميذ من خلال تعليمهم مهارات وأساليب تساعدهم على مواجهة مختلف المواقف الحياتية بفعالية من خلال عقد ندوات وتقديم الدعم النفسي لهم. 3) تحسين البيئة المدرسية من خلال تحسين البرامج الدراسية وتوعية الأساتذة والإدارة بمرحلة المراهقة ومتطلباتها. The purpose of this study is to know the level of esteem among pupils of secondary phase, prospective students pass the Baccalaureate exam, and sample consisted of (60) secondary pupil in Médéa, and the researcher has applied a measure of esteem Cooprsmith and conditioner by Bashir MEAMERIA (2011) on environment of Algeria. The study found: 1) The level of esteem among prospective students passing the baccalaureate average, showed no statistical differences of esteem for the gender variable, 2) There are differences statistically to esteem depending on variable specialization for scientific specialization. And through the study results to a set of recommendations, notably: 1) Implementation of mentoring programs to increase the level of self-esteem of secondary school students at various levels of study, especially those who are about to pass the baccalaureate exam. 2) Promote the concept of esteem among students by teaching them the skills and methods to help them cope with various life situations effectively through seminars and psychological support. 3) Improving the school environment by improving curricula and educate teachers and directors adolescence and its requirements.
