هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة ممارسة معلمي التربية المهنيّة في المرحلة الأساسيّة في الأردنّ لمهارات التدريس الفعّال من وجهة نظرهم في ضوء متغيري الجنس، والمؤهّل العلميّ. واستخدم المنهج الوصفيّ من خلال إعداد استبانة تكونت من (53) فقرة موزعة على خمس مجالات: (التخطيط، تنفيذ الجزء النظري للدرس، الوسائل التعليميّة، إدارة الصف، المشغل، التقويم) تم التأكد من صدقها من خلال المحكمين وتم التأكد من ثباتها بطريقة الاختبار، وإعادة الاختبار، وكان معامل الثبات بيرسون وكورنباخ ألفا. وتكّونت عيّنة الدراسة من (120) معلماً ومعلمة من مديريّة التربية والتعليم في لواء الجامعة في الأردنّ. وأظهرت نتائج الدَّراسة الآتي: 1) أنّ درجة ممارسة معلمي التربية المهنيّة في المرحلة الأساسيّة في الأردنّ كما يراها المعلمون أنفسهم، جاءت مرتفعة، حيث جاء مجال تنفيذ الجزء النظريّ في المرتبة الأولى، وفي المرتبة الثانية مجال التقويم، وفي المرتبة الثالثة التخطيط، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة كل من الوسائل التعليميّة وإدارة الصف، المشغل. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة لاستجابات أفراد عيّنة الٍّدراسة تعزى لمتغيّر الجنس، والمؤهّل العلميّ. وبناء على النتائج أوصت الدٍّراسة بما يأتي: دراسة واقع ممارسة معلمو التربية المهنيّة لمهارات التدريس الفعّال من خلال منهجيّات البحث النوعيّ، والتركيز في تدريب المعلمين على الفقرات التي نالت تقديرات متوسّطة. The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing effective teaching skills of pre-vocational education teachers in the basic education level in Jordan from their point of view, and to reveal whether this differs degree according to the variables of gender and the educational qualification. The descriptive methodology was used by preparing a questionnaire composed of (53) items, divided into five domains: (planning, implementing the theoretical part of a lesson, teaching methods, class management, and assessment). The study sample consisted of (120) teachers from the Directorate of Education in the " University District " in Amman, The results of the study showed that: 1) the degree of practicing the pre-vocational education teachers in the basic level in Jordan, as seen by the teachers themselves, Was a high, where the implementation of the theoretical part field came in the first rank, the second rank in the assessment field, the third in planning, and the last rank was in each of teaching methods and classroom management fields. 2) there were no statistical differences for the responses of the study sample members due to the variable of gender and the educational qualification. Based on the results, the researcher recommended, the following: To study the reality of pre-vocational education teachers practicing effective teaching skills through other methodologies such as qualitative research, and to focus on training teachers on the paragraphs that received medium estimates.
