تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الصحة المدرسية في المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة تلمسان حسب تقدير المعلمين والمدراء وتأثير كل من متغيري اختلاف الوظيفة (معلم، مدير) والأقدمية المهنية على تقديرهم لواقع الصحة المدرسية، لهذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه الأنسب لموضوع الدراسة ،كما تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 40 معلم ومدير (25 معلم، 15 مدير) من المدارس الابتدائية لنفس المدينة، حيث طبق عليها استبيان "تقدير واقع الصحة المدرسية" من إعداد أسيل محمد خليل أبو زنيد (2018) وذلك بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته واعتماد مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية من بينها: المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار "ت" لدلالة الفروق وتحليل التباين الأحادي. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج هي كالتالي: 1) ارتفاع مستوى تقدير العينة في معظم الأبعاد ما عدى بعد البيئة المدرسية حيث كان منخفض، أما الدرجة الكلية للمقياس فكانت هي كذلك مرتفعة، 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي والمدراء في تقييمهم لواقع الصحة المدرسية في المدارس الابتدائية، 3) عدم وجود فروق في تقييم الأساتذة والمدراء للصحة المدرسية باختلاف سنوات الأقدمية المهنية، حيث تم مناقشتها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة والخلفية النظرية للدراسة. This study aims to reveal the reality of school health in primary schools in the city of Tlemcen according to the estimation of teachers and administrators and the effect of each of the variables of job difference (teacher, director) and professional seniority on their appreciation of the reality of school health. A sample consisting of 40 teachers and principals (25 teachers, 15 principals) was selected, for which a questionnaire "assessing the reality of school health" prepared by Aseel Muhammad Khalil Abu Zneid (2018) was applied to it after ensuring its validity and reliability And the adoption of a set of statistical methods, including: means, standard deviations, "t" test for the indication of differences, and single-factor variance analysis. The study found a set of results as follows: 1) The high level of the sample's estimate in most dimensions except after the school environment where it was low, and the overall score of the scale was also high, 2) The absence of statistically significant differences between primary education teachers and principals in Their assessment of the reality of school health in primary schools, 3) The absence of differences in the assessment of teachers and principals of school health in different years of professional seniority, as they were discussed in light of previous studies and the theoretical background of the study.
