هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة هل يختلف مستوى الاتجاه نحو تقديم خدمات الإرشاد الإلكتروني ومستوى صراع الأدوار الأسرية المهنية لدى المرشدين النفسيين؛ باختلاف كل من: الجنس، والعمر، والحالة الاجتماعية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (345) مرشداً ومرشدة، اختيروا بالطريقة المتيسرة من المرشدين النفسيين من مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، والعاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية في المستشفيات والمنظمات غير الحكومية، في العام الميلادي (2022). أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين الاتجاه نحو تقديم خدمات الإرشاد الإلكتروني، وصراع الأدوار الأسرية المهنية. كما أشارت النتائج إلى كما أشارت النتائج لعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى كل من الاتجاهات نحو تقديم خدمات الارشاد الالكتروني وصراع الأدوار الاسرية المهنية تعزى لأثر كل من الجنس، والعمر، والحالة الاجتماعية، وسنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to determine the level of orientation of E-counselling services in the light of the coronavirus pandemic and its relationship to the struggle for vocational-family roles of counselors, the extent to which the level of orientation of E-counselling services varies, and its relationship to the struggle for vocational-family roles of counselors, depending on: sex, age, marital status, and number of years of experience. The sample of the study consisted of 345 counselors of education schools, hospital mental health workers and NGOs, for the year 2022. The results of the showed a positive statistically significant correlation between performance expectations and attitude towards the use of technology and the direction measure of E-counselling services, and between professional roles, family roles, failure to achieve balance, and the measure of conflict of vocational-family roles. In addition, the findings indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in all areas attributable to the impact of gender, age, and number of years' experience. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the impact of the social situation in all areas, except for the dimension of failure to achieve balance, in favor of married couples.
