هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أزمة منتصف العمر وعلاقتها بالطلاق العاطفي لدى المعلمين المتزوجين وما إذا كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، والعمر، وعدد سنوات الزواج، والمستوى التعليمي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحثة مقياس أزمة منتصف العمر (الطراونة، 2014)، ومقياس الطلاق العاطفي المقابلة (2017). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الطلاق العاطفي لدى المعلمين المتزوجين متوسط، ودرجة انتشار أزمة منتصف العمر متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فرق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الطلاق العاطفي يعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الزواج في جميع المجالات باستثناء المجال الفكري لصالح (28 سنة). وأشارت النتائج أيضًا إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجة انتشار أزمة منتصف العمر لدى المعلمين المتزوجين تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، وعدد سنوات الزواج والمستوى التعليمي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا في درجة الانتشار في جميع المجالات باستثناء المشكلات المتعلقة بالذات لصالح الفئة العمرية (40-49) سنة. The study aimed to identify the midlife crisis and its relationship to emotional divorce among married teachers and whether there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variables: gender, age, number of years of marriage, and educational level. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the midlife crisis scale (Al-Tarawneh, 2014), and the emotional divorce scale (Al-Muqabla, 2017). The results of the study showed that the level of emotional divorce among married teachers is medium, and the degree of prevalence of midlife crisis is medium. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of prevalence of midlife crisis among married teachers due to the variables of sex, number of years of marriage and educational level, and there was a statistically significant difference in the degree of prevalence in all domains except for self-related problems in favor of the age group (40-49) year.
