هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية الرقمية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الخاصة، والكشف عن الفروق فيها تبعًا لمتغيرات الدراسة: الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والجامعة. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف، اعتمدت الدرسة على المنهج الوصفي بتطبيق أداتها المتمثلة في الاستبانة على عينة قوامها 66 عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعتي نزوى والشرقية في سلطنة عٌمان، اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية. أسفرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق مجتمعات التعلم المهنية الرقمية مرتفعة، وبعدم وجود فروق بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، والجامعة، في حين أشارت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح الذين خبرتهم من 5-10 سنوات. The study aims to identify the degree of application of digital professional learning communities in private higher education institutions, and to explore the differences that can be attributed to the study variables; namely: gender, years of experience, university. To achieve these goals, the study adopted the descriptive approach by applying its tool represented in the questionnaire to a sample of 66 members of the teaching staff at Nizwa and Sharqiya Universities in the Sultanate of Oman, who were chosen randomly. The results revealed that the degree of application of digital professional learning communities is high, and no differences can be attributed to the two variables: gender, university, while it indicated that there are statistically significant differences for the variable years of experience in favor of those with experience from 5-10 years.
