هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام مشرفات التربية الإسلامية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في التنمية المهنية للمعلمات في المجالات التالية: تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمات، تنمية المهارات المهنية للمعلمات، تنفيذ برامج التدريب عن بٌعد، وعلاج المشكلات المهنية التي تواجه المعلمات، في التنمية المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمات. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، باستخدام استبانة مكونة من 56 فقرة موزعة على خمسة محاور رئيسة، وتم تطبيقها على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من 151 معلمة للتربية الإسلامية بمحافظة الجموم. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع استخدام مشرفات التربية الإسلامية وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في مجالات: تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية، وتنمية المهارات المهنية، وعلاج المشكلات المهنية التي تواجه المعلمات، كان بدرجة متوسطة، في حين كان بدرجة منخفضة في مجال تنفيذ برامج التدريب عن بٌعد. أوصت الدراسة بتدريب مشرفات التربية الإسلامية على توظيف وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في التنمية المهنية للمعلمات، وتحسين اتجاهاتهن نحو استخدامها، والتغلب على مشكلة ضعف الانترنت في بعض المدارس. This study aims to identify the status quo of implementing Islamic education supervisors' social media in the professional development of teachers in the following domains: determining the training needs of teachers, developing the professional skills of teachers' training programs online, and identifying the obstacles of using it. The descriptive survey approach is adopted. A 56-item questionnaire; divided into five main axes, is used for data collection. The study was applied to 151 teachers of Islamic education in Al-Jamoom Governorate. The study results revealed that the extent of using the social media from the supervisors of Islamic education for the professional development of teachers in: determining the training needs of teachers, developing the professional skills of teachers, and dealing with professional problems of teaching, was of a medium degree, while training programs online was of a low degree. The study recommended training Islamic education supervisors to employ social media in the professional development of teachers, and improve their attitudes towards using it, and overcome the problem of internet failure in some schools.
