هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الجامعة في معالجة ظاهرة الفشل الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز والتعرف على أسباب هذا الفشل الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز. وسيستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ويتكون مجتمع البحث من طلاب كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز الذين تقل معدلاتهم عن (2 من 5)، وسيتم توزيع استبانة عليهم لجمع البيانات للإجابة على السؤال الرئيس للبحث المتمثل في ما هو دور الجامعة في معالجة ظاهرة الفشل الدراسي؟ وما هي أسباب الفشل الدراسي لدى طلاب كلية الآداب والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الملك عبد العزيز؟ (الملخص المنشور)

The study aimed to identify the university roundabout in addressing the phenomenon of academic failure among students of the College of Arts and Humanities at King Abdulaziz University and to identify the reasons for this academic failure among students of the College of Arts and Humanities at King Abdulaziz University, and the researcher will use the descriptive survey approach, and the research community consists of college students Arts and Humanities at King Abdulaziz University whose averages are less than (2 out of 5). A questionnaire will be distributed to them to collect data to answer the main question of the research, which is what is the university’s role in addressing the phenomenon of academic failure? What are the causes of academic failure among students of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at King Abdulaziz University? (Published abstract)
