فلا يشك عاقل أن الناشئ يتأثر بالمدرسة التي يتلقى فيها تعليمه النظامي تأثرا بالغا؛ حتى إن ما يغرسه التعليم في الطفل من قيم، وأخلاق (سلبية، أو إيجابية)؛ لينازع ما يغرسه أبواه، بل إنه يتفوق عليه في كثير من الأحيان. ولا تكاد المدارس النظامية - القائمة على مناهج غير إسلامية - تخلو من خلل، وقصور في مفهوم القيم، والأخلاق، وتعاليم الدين، فكيف بمدارس تقوم صراحة على تعليم النصرانية!؟ مثل مدارس الراهبات بناء على ذلك تناول هذا البحث موضوع "التعلم في المدارس الأجنبية وحكمه في الشريعة الإسلامية" وقد افتتح بتوطئة، اشتملت على: بيان أسباب اختيار البحث، وأهدافه، ومشكلته، وأهميته، ومنهجه، وبين في المبحث الأول: حكم الإختلاط بين الرجال والنساء في المدارس الأجنبية، ثم استعرض في المبحث الثاني، موقف الشرع حول الإختلاط بين الرجال والنساء. ويختم بالمبحث الثالث: حكم التعلم في مدارس اليهود والنصارى في البلاد غير الإسلامية. وفي هذه الدراسة حاول الباحث دراسة آراء العلماء في هذه القضية، عارضا لها ولإتجاهاتهم فيها وأدلتهم عليها، مع المقارنة بينها ومناقشتها بما يفتح الله به عليه. It is unreasonable to suspect that a young person is seriously affected by the school in which he receives his formal education. Even what the values instill in the child in terms of values and morals (negative or positive); to take away what his parents embedded, he even exceeded him often. The regular schools - which are based on non-Islamic curricula - are hardly devoid of defects and deficiencies in the concept of values and ethics and the teachings of religion, so how can schools be explicitly based on teaching Christianity!? Like the schools of the religious, accordingly, this research dealt with the topic "Learning in foreign schools and its rule in Islamic law". and it was opened with preamble, which included: Explaining the reasons for choosing the research topic, its goals, problems, importance, and approach, and explained in the first section: Ruling on mingling between men and women In foreign schools, then its reviewed in the second section, the position of Shariah on the mingling of men and women. And it concludes with the third section: Ruling on scholarship in the schools of Jews and Christians in non-Islamic countries. In this study, the researcher tried to study the opinions of scholars on this issue. This discussion is followed through a number of suggestions to redress these problems. The modern world has many phenomena, which are very important, to Muslim to know the Shariah ruling regarding them particularly this important topic. At the end, conclusion drawn from variant views of the scholars, and the main findings and recommendations have been given. (Published abstract)
