The study aims at clarifying the techniques of utilizing the latest innovations of technology in the educational process and providing theoretical knowledge along with some applications. The study concluded with some findings as follows: 1) The educational system faces many challenges during the current huge revolutionary technological innovations. 2) Technological Innovations are advanced communication and information techniques that including all the newest devices, tools, applications, and technology based teaching methods that can be used effectively in the accomplishment of the educational goals. 3) The utilizing of technological innovations refers to inserting new techniques into educational processes to accomplish learning objectives. 4) Technological innovations can be classified as (usable devices, educational strategies, technology-based applications, and both classroom and virtual educational environments. 5) The utilizing of technological innovations in the educational process must adhere to well-studied steps and rules, starting with learning about the importance of these innovations until inserting them in every element of the educational process. There are plenty of benefits positively affecting students when utilizing technological innovations in the educational process such as: (iPad, Barcode, educational robot, educative trips, web 2.0 tools, virtual reality, and augmented reality). The study recommends some advice as follows: Ministry of Education, Supervision offices, and High administrations of universities are responsible for raising awareness on the importance of utilizing technological innovations in the educational process, Also, holding training courses about the techniques of using technological innovations in the educational process for teachers and university staff members.
