The aim of the study was to: Expose the features of the educational curriculum (objectives / content / methods and means of teaching / evaluation) to Imam Ibn Muflih Al-Maqdisi through his book (Shari'a and Exact Scholarships) and its contemporary educational applications The study used the descriptive method by reference to the references and diverse sources to describe the subject of research and determined to achieve its objectives, was also used deductive approach to the development of the features of the curriculum of education when Imam Ibn Mofleh Maqdisi, educational applications of contemporary, and benefited the study of the historical method to keep track of the biography of Ibn Mofleh from different sources. The study reached the following results: The most important of which were the following: Religious, social, political and moral goals emerged from the categories mentioned in the book in his book and emphasized the importance of achieving them in society, as the study showed that the Imam Ibn Muflih divides the content of the sciences into an eye, Learning science should be arranged according to its importance; by starting to learn the Qur’an, then the Prophet’s Sunnah, then the rest of the sciences, and the study showed that the teaching methods and methods in the book (Shari'a Etiquette and Granted Grants) were varied, and take into account individual differences between learners, the most prominent of which is the question style, And alert the learner, and the repetition of education, and the method of motivation, as the study found that the evaluation in the book (Shari'a Etiquette and Granted Grants) was carried out by reciting the scientific archives, and by testing the learner to give him the academic license. In the light of the previous results, the study recommended the following: Benefiting from the features of the educational curriculum of Imam Ibn Muflih in Islamic guidance for contemporary educational curricula, taking care of the Islamic educational and intellectual heritage, because of its importance in linking generations with their Islamic civilizational past.
