هدفت الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بالتوافق الدراسي في ضوء الذكاء الثقافي، وتقدير الذات لدى طلبة الصف العاشر، حيث تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة والتي تكونت من (170) من طلبة الصف العاشر في مدارس تل السلطان بمحافظة رفح، حيث استخدم الباحثان ثلاثة مقاييس للتحقق من أهداف الدراسة وهي: مقياس الذكاء الثقافي إعداد (Ang. et. Al. 2004) ترجمة أحمد (2012)، ومقياسي التوافق الدراسي، وتقدير الذات من إعداد الباحثان، ومن أهم النتائج التي ظهرت: انخفاض مستوى التوافق الدراسي لدى طلبة الصف العاشر، ارتفاع مستوى كلاً من الذكاء الثقافي، وتقدير الذات لدى طلبة الصف العاشر، يمكن التنبؤ بالتوافق الدراسي في ضوء متغير الذكاء الثقافي، وتقدير الذات لدى طلبة الصف العاشر، ويوصي الباحثان جملة من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة توفير تعليمية آمنة نشطة تساهم في تحسين التوافق الدراسي لدى طلبة الصف العاشر وفق متطلبات نموهم، وخصائصهم النمائية والتعليمية. The study aimed at revealing prediction about study adjustment in the light of cultural intelligence and self-esteem among the tenth graders. The study’s sample consisted of (170) students in tenth grade of Tal Elsultan schools in Rafah city which were chosen at random. The researchers used three scales for achieving the study's objectives. Those are: cultural intelligence (designed by Ang, et.al. (2004), translated by Ahmed (2012) study adjustment, and the scale of study adjustment and self-esteem designed by the researchers. The findings of the study revealed that the level of cultural intelligence and study adjustment among the tenth-grade students was low, whereas the level of self-esteem was high. Thus, it is possible to make a prediction about study adjustment in the light of self-esteem and cultural intelligence. The researchers recommended that it is essential to execute educational counseling programs that contain development of cultural intelligence and study adjustment among students as part of the skills that are needed to be developed.
