استهدفت الدراسة الكشف عن المشكلات السلوكية عند أطفال التوحد من وجهة نظر المعلمات، ومعرفة الحاجات الإرشادية في ضوء المشكلات السلوكية لأطفال التوحد من وجهة نظر المعلمات في معهدي الحسني وحمائم السالم في محافظة النجف الأرشف، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (55) معلمة، للعام الدراسي 2017–2018، ولتحقيق هدف البحث قامت الباحثة ببناء استبيانين هما استبانة المشكلات السلوكية واستبانة الحاجات الإرشادية في ضوء المشكلات السلوكية وكانا يحتويان على (17) فقرة تضمنتا أربعة مجالات هي نفسية واجتماعية ومعرفية وحسية، وتم تطبيقهما بعد التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، كشفت نتائج البحث عن تصدر المشكلات السلوكية المعرفية المرتبة الأولى وبذلك حصلت على ترتيب عال جدا وجاءت المشكلات الاجتماعية والنفسية والحسية على المرتبة الثانية والثالثة والرابعة على التوالي وبذلك حصلتا على ترتيب عال، أما الحاجات الإرشادية فتصدرت الحاجات الإرشادية المعرفية المرتبة الأولى وبذلك حصلت على ترتيب عال جداً، أما الحاجات الإرشادية الاجتماعية والنفسية والحسية جاءت بالمرتبة الثانية والثالثة والرابعة على التوالي وحصلت على ترتيب عال، وتقدمت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. The study aimed to detect behavioral problems in autistic children from the point of view of the teachers and to identify the counseling needs in the light of the behavioral problems of the children of autism from the point of view of the teachers in the institutes of Al Hussein and the Doves of Peace in Najaf. The study, s sample consisted of (55) teachers in the academic year 2017- 2018. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher constructed two questionnaires: Behavior Questionnaire and a questionnaire of instructional needs in the light of behavioral problems. They included (17) items representing four areas: psychological, social, cognitive, and sensory, and were applied after confirming their validity and reliability, The results revealed that cognitive behavioral problems ranked first and thus obtained a very high ranking. The social, psychological, and sensory problems were ranked second. third and fourth respectively. As for the counseling needs, the cognitive guidance topped the first place, and thus obtained a very high ranking. The social, psychological and sensory needs came second, third and fourth respectively, thus obtaining a high ranking. The researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
