هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة توافر مهارات القرن الحادي العشرون لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا في جامعة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظرهم، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة درجة توافر مهارات القرن الحادي ترجع لمتغيرات (التخصص، المستوى الدراسي، العمل، النوع الاجتماعي). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ حيث تم بناء استبانة موجهة إلى طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة حفر الباطن، وتطبيقها على عينة أخذت بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية بلغت (139) طالب وطالبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: أن درجة توافر مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا في جامعة حفر الباطن من وجهة نظرهم قد جاءت بدرجة عالية جدا، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لدرجة التوافر (4.40)، وبانحراف معياري بلغ (0.401)، وجاءت مهارات (القيم الأخلاقية، الإنتاجية العالية، الاستدامة الشاملة، التواصل الفعال) بدرجة عالية جدا، في حين جاءت مهارة (التفكير الإبداعي/ الابتكاري) بدرجة عالية، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥a) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة لدرجة امتلاك طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة حفر الباطن لمهارات التفكير الإبداعي والاستدامة الشاملة تعزى لمتغير التخصص، وذلك لصالح الطلبة في كلية العلوم التطبيقية على طلبة كلية التربية فقط، وفي متغير المستوى الدراسي لصالح المستوى الثاني، وتوجد فروق في مهارات (التفكير الإبداعي، التواصل الفعال) تعزى لمتغير العمل، وذلك لصالح الفئة التي تعمل. قدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات ومنها: حث الجامعات بضرورة التركيز على تنمية مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين وجعلها أحد أهداف المقررات في برامج الدراسات العليا، أيضا تشجيع طلبة الدراسات العليا بجامعة حفر الباطن على التعليم الذاتي وخاصة فيما يتعلق بمهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين، والتشجيع على حضور المؤتمرات العلمية، والندوات الأكاديمية لصقل مهاراتهم التعليمية، والتقنية، والحياتية. The study aimed to identify from the perspective of students at Hafar Al-Batin whether the twentieth-century skills of graduate students at Hafar Al-Batin University and to explore any statistical difference in their responses with regard to major, level of education, work and gender. To achieve the goals of the study, the researcher launched an exploratory study by employing a survey. The questionnaire was randomly distributed among graduate students at Hafar Al -Batin University. 139 graduate students volunteered to take the survey. The sample consists male and female graduate students. The study reached several research findings. First, from the sampled students’ viewpoint, the skills of the twenty -first century among graduate students at Hafar Al -Batin University are present with them. The average of their responses scored as high as (4.40) with standard deviation of (0.401). Skills such as moral values, high productivity, comprehensive sustainability, effective communication are deemed of very high by the sampled students, while the skill such as creative/innovative thinking came with only high in importance from their perspectives. The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥A) between the averages of the responses of the sampled members toward the student’s possession of graduate students at Hafar Al -Batin University of two skills namely creative thinking and comprehensive sustainability. These differences are attributed to the sampled students’ majors favoring the students majoring in the College of Applied Sciences over students of the College of Education. There are no variations among the averages of student in other majors. There are also significant differences with regard to creative thinking, effective communication that are attributed to the work variable, in favor of those who work. This study offers many recommendations, including urging universities to focus on developing the skills of the twenty-first century and making them among the objectives and learning outcomes of the courses in graduate studies programs. It also encourages graduate students at Hafar AlBatin University on self-educate themselves, especially the skills of the twenty-first century, and encourages attending scientific conferences as well as academic seminars to refine and enhance their learning, technical and life skills.
