هدفت الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر إدارة المعرفة على الأداء التنظيمي في وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والأسلوب الكمّي وتم بناء اداة استبيان مكونة من (26) فقرة تقيس إدارة المعرفة والأداء التنظيمي. وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة، تم توزيعها على عينة مكونة من (424) من الموظفين في وزارة التربية والتعليم وبعض المديريات التابعة لها في بعض المحافظات العمانية. وتم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج AMOS لإجراء التحليل العاملي التوكيدي للنموذج القياسي الكلي للدراسة، واختبار النموذج الهيكلي لاختبار العلاقة المباشرة بين إدارة المعرفة والأداء التنظيمي. وكشفت الدراسة عن وجود أثر إيجابي ومهم لإدارة المعرفة على الأداء التنظيمي في وازرة التربية والتعليم والمديريات التابعة لها في بعض المحافظات العمانية. وتضمنت الدراسة بعض الاستنتاجات وبعض التوصيات. This study aimed to examine the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the quantitative method to achieve the study's goal, and a questionnaire tool consisting of (26) items was built that measures knowledge management and organizational performance. After verifying its validity and reliability, the instrument was distributed to a sample of (424) individuals from the Ministry of Education and several of its associated directorates in different Omani governorates. The study's data was analyzed using AMOS program to perform the confirmatory factor analysis for the overall measurement model of the study and to perform the structural model to examine the direct relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance. The study revealed that knowledge management has a positive and significant impact on organizational performance in the Ministry of Education and its affiliated directorates in some Omani governorates. The study included some conclusions and some recommendations. (Published abstract)
