This study aimed to recognize the reality of the academic climate in the Palestinian universities and its relationship to knowledge management from the perspective of students. The study population had been the third and fourth year students at Palestinian universities (Hebron, Jerusalem, and Bizet) for the academic year 2017/2018, totaling (16,744 students), and the number of respondents (1284) students. The researchers used the questionnaire tool for the study, which consisted of 57 items distributed among nine areas, were confirmed validity and reliability of educational and appropriate statistical means. The study results showed that the students' estimates of the reality of university climate and the reality of knowledge management in the Palestinian universities came moderately, Results of the study also showed the presence of significant differences depending on the sex variable on the overall area of the reality of university climate and the reality of knowledge management at Birzeit University in favor of males, and the existence of differences depending on the variable academic level on the total area of university climate of the University of Hebron to the reality of where the differences were in favor of the level of three years ago, and the existence of differences substantial variable depending on the school level, the total area of the reality of knowledge management as the differences in favor of a fourth level of the year. In light of the results of the study, it was recommended a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
