هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية وأبعادها (الواجب على النفس - التحكم في النفس - الفاعلية الذاتية المرتفعة والدرجة الكلية لتلك الأبعاد) والضغوط المهنية وأبعادها (ضغوط بيئة العمل المادية - ضغوط إقتصادية- ضغوط إدارية - ضغوط العلاقات بالزملاء - ضغوط المهام التدريسية - ضغوط العلاقات بالطلاب والدرجة الكلية لتلك الأبعاد) لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المكفوفين، طبقت أدوات البحث وهي مقياس الصلابة النفسية (إعداد فوقية رضوان، 2015) ومقياس الضغوط المهنية (إعداد الباحث) على عينة تكونت من (37) عضو هيئة تدريس من المكفوفين بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى ارتفاع معدلات كل من الصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المكفوفين، وتبين وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات درجات عينة البحث في مقياسي الصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث في كل من الصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية لديهم وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث). وأوضحت النتائج أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالصلابة النفسية من خلال معدلات الضغوط المهنية (ضغوط المهن التدريسية) لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس المكفوفين. This research aims to investigate the relationship between Psychological hardiness and its dimensions (self-duty - self-control - high self-efficacy and total degree) and occupational stress and its dimensions (physical work environment stress - economic stress - administrative stress colleagues relationships stress- teaching tasks stress - students relationship stress and total degree) in Blind staff faculty. The research tools included psychological hardiness scale (Fawkiya Radwan, 2015), Occupational Stress scale (by the researcher) on a sample of (37) Blind staff faculty members in Egyptian universities. The results revealed a high degree of Psychological hardiness, and Occupational Stress Blind staff faculty and that there was a negative significant statistically correlation between the mean scores of Blind staff faculty members in the scales of psychological hardiness and occupational stress, as well as there was no significant statistically differences between mean responses of the research sample in psychological hardiness and occupational stress according to gender (male- female), and occupational stress (teaching tasks stress) in Blind staff faculty contributed to predict their Psychological hardiness.
