هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد أداة في التراث البحثي للتحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية لمقياس الطموح المهني لدى خريجي الجامعات ذوي الإعاقة البصرية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) خريج من الجامعات المصرية ذوي الإعاقة البصرية. ممن تتراوح أعمارهم بين (22-35) عاما. تم تطبيق الأداة بشكل إلكتروني باستخدام استبيانات (Google forms) بعد طرحها على العديد من مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والمنتديات والمجموعات الخاصة بالأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة البصرية، قام الباحث بملء الاستبيان للذين يعانون من صعوبات في استخدام الإنترنت من خلال الهاتف، نظرا لتداعيات فيروس كورونا المستجد (19 Covid) وقد أبدى معظم المفحوصين تعاونا بناء في تطبيق المقياس، حيث شارك العديد من المفحوصين من خريجي كافة الجامعات المصرية. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مقياس الطموح المهني لدى خريجي الجامعات ذوي الإعاقة البصرية والذي تم إعداده في الدراسة الحالية أبدى خصائص سيكومترية مقبولة حيث يتمتع بدرجة عالية من الصدق والثبات والاتساق الداخلي مما يؤكد صلاحية هذا المقياس للاستخدام في البيئة المصرية والعربية. The aim of the study was to prepare a measure of professional ambition among university graduates with visual impairment and to verify its psychometric competence. The study sample consisted of (100) Graduate from Egyptian universities with visual disabilities 22-35 years old, and the tool has been applied electronically using Google forms questionnaires after putting it to many social media sites, forums and special groups with visual disabilities, the researcher filled out the questionnaire for those with difficulties using the Internet through the phone, given the repercussions of the new corona virus. This study used the descriptive curriculum because of its relevance to the nature of the research. The results of the study found that the measure of professional ambition of university graduates with visual disabilities developed in the current study showed acceptable psychometric characteristics, with a high degree of credibility, persistence and internal consistency; this measure confirms the validity of the scale for use in the Egyptian and Arab environment.
