التصور المستقبلي لدمج التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على معايير الجودة الشاملة لدمج التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم العام، ومتطلبات دمج التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم العام. وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في قائمة لمتطلبات دمج التعليم الإلكتروني في التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من الخبراء المختصين في تقنيات التعليم من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والمبرمجين الذين تم اختيارهم في ضوء جهودهم ونشاطاتهم في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني. وفي ضوء النتائج تمّ التوصل إلى تصور مستقبلي لدمج التعليم الإلكتروني في مدارس التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة من خلال رؤية التعليم الإلكتروني في مدارس التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية ورسالته ومبادئه وأهدافه بالإضافة إلى العناصر المساعدة لتحقيق رؤية ورسالة التعليم الإلكتروني. The problem of study identified the prospective imaging to utilize e-learning in public education on the light of total quality standards. The answer of this question is by answering the following questions: 1) What are the total quality standards to utilize e-learning in public education? 2) What is the prospective imagine to utilize e-learning in public education? The study tool includes requirements for utilizing e-learning in Saudi public education. The researcher used descriptive, analytical approach in this study. The study sample represents in opinions of concerned experts in Education Technologies of Teaching Staff, Programmers selected according to their efforts and activities in the field of E-learning. On the light of results and with the format which guarantees the achievement of total quality in the whole educational process, the research reached to prospective imaging for the utilization of e-learning in public education schools in Saudi Arabia consists of: First: e-learning Vision in public education schools in Saudi Arabia. Second: e-learning mission in public education schools in Saudi Arabia. Third: The suggestive principles for e-learning in public education schools in Saudi Arabia. Fourth: e-learning objectives in public education schools in Saudi Arabia. Fifth: The assistant elements which help to achieve e-learning vision and mission in public educations schools in Saudi Arabia. (Published Abstract with Amendment)
