هدفت الدراسة إلى استقصاء أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية اتجاهات طلبة الصف السابع الأساسي نحو مبحث الحاسوب. وتم استخدام المنهج شبة التجريبي. كما أعدت الباحثة مقياساً لاتجاهات الطلبة نحو مبحث الحاسوب مكون من (25) فقرة، لدى عينة الدراسة التي تكوّنت من (50) طالباً وطالبة في مجموعتين (ضابطة- تجريبية). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود أثر وجود اتجاهات إيجابية نحو محتوى مبحث الحاسوب لدى طلاب الصف السابع الأساسي، حيث تفوق طلاب العينة التجريبية على طلاب العينة الضابطة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تدريس مبحث الحاسوب، لما لها من أثر إيجابي في تنمية الاتجاهات نحو مبحث الحاسوب للصف السابع الأساسي. The study aimed to investigate the impact of the use of information technology in developing the attitudes of theseventh grade students towards the computer subject. The quasi-experimental method was used. The researcher alsoprepared a scale of students' attitudes towards computer science consisting of (25) items, for the study sample,which consisted of (50) male and female students in two groups (control - experimental). The study reached severalresults, the most important of which are: The presence of the effect of positive attitudes towards the content of thecomputer subject among the seventh grade students, where the experimental sample students outperformed thecontrol sample students. The study recommended the necessity of adopting the use of information technology in theteaching of computer science, because of its positive impact on developing attitudes towards computer subject forthe seventh grade.
