The research aims to find out the quality of services provided by the research centers of the Technological University and the suitability of the library environment from the perspective of the beneficiaries and the extent of working in the library staff's ability to provide accurate and timely information to beneficiaries, use the survey method and adopted a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample Manalmstviden from the library in the centers research technological beneficiaries and environmental research Center where the number of forms that have been distributed to the beneficiaries reached ( 15) and Nanotechnology research and advanced materials Center and reached a number of forms that have been distributed to beneficiaries (20) questionnaire. The research found among the conclusions of which library group in the research centers of the research sample is not sufficient as not kind to the needs of beneficiaries, although the beneficiaries of the library are the faculty members and graduate students who are more groups need sources that meet the research and scientific needs, libraries need material and moral support to their importance, which lies in support for researchers and Altdresen and graduate students and All sample libraries do not have any contact or cooperation between them and the relevant libraries in the field of specialization and publishing houses and organizations both at home and abroad, despite the importance of this and the positive repercussions on the library and the beneficiaries of its services. The most important proposals that have been developed in the research were as follows: 1) The need to provide a set of adequate sources also not kind to the needs of the beneficiaries of the library as a result of their need to sources that meet the research and scientific needs, libraries and provide material and moral support to the library because of its role in support for researchers and Alderson and graduate students. 2) The need for all libraries, research sample contact and cooperation between them and the relevant libraries in the field of specialization and publishing houses and organizations both at home and abroad.
