هدف هذا البحث إلى توظيف المختبرات الافتراضية في تدريس العلوم بمدارس قطاع غزة ووضع آفاق التطوير والحلول للمشكلات التي تواجه المعلمين في توظيفه، ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدم الباحثان المنهج المختلط الذي يجمع بين المنهج الكمي والنوعي معا، حيث قام الباحثان بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (32) فقرة موزعة بثلاث محاور، تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من معلمي العلوم بمديرية غرب غزة عددها (20) معلماً، ومقابلة مع (15) معلماً من معلمي العلوم حيث تم طرح عدد من الاسئلة الخاصة بالبحث، ومن أهم نتائج البحث أن المشكلات المتعلقة ببيئة التعلم حصلت على أعلى نسبة وهي (80%)، يليها المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعلمين بنسبة (73%) ثم المشكلات المتعلقة بالمتعلمين بنسبة (72%)، كما أشارت نتائج المقابلات إلى عدم توفر جميع الامكانات التي تساعد على توظيف المختبرات الافتراضية وعدم وجود خبرة لدى المعلمين بآلية توظيف هذه التقنية، لذا وضع الباحثان مقترحاً لحل المشكلات وتطوير توظيفها من خلال اعداد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين لرفع كفاءتهم في توظيف المختبرات الافتراضية، وتوفير أجهزة حاسوب كافية للطلبة وتوفير برمجية التقنية داخل المدارس الحكومية. The research aimed to employ the virtual labs for teaching science at Gaza strip schools and set the development prospects and solutions for the problems facing teachers to its employment. For the aim of the research, the two researchers used the mixed approach that combine both of the quantitative and qualitative approaches together. The two researchers set a questionnaire that consists of 32 items distributed into three domains. It was applied on a sample of a twenty science teachers at west Gaza directorate. Based on the research results; the problems related to the learning environment got the highest proportion with 80 percent, followed by the problems related to the teachers with a proportion of 73 percent, followed by the problems related to the learners with a proportion of 72 percent. As well as, the interviews results indicated the lack of all the abilities helping the employment of virtual labs and the lack of teachers’ experience about the employment mechanism of this technique. The two researchers set a proposal to solve problems and develop its employment through preparing a training course for teachers to raise their efficiency in employing the virtual environment, providing enough amounts of computers for students, and providing the technical programming inside state schools.
