هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على تأثير برنامج إثرائي مقترح في تنمية مهارات العمل المستقبلية وفاعلية الذات الريادية، كذلك الكشف عن درجة استمرارية تأثير البرنامج الاثرائي المقترح في تنمية مهارات العمل المستقبلية وفاعلية الذات الريادية لدى عينة من الطلاب الموهوبين بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة الإسكندرية. وطبق هذا البحث على عينة مكونة من (16) طالبة موهوبة بالفرقة الرابعة بقسم التربية الفنية بمتوسط عمر زمني (21.67) عاما وبانحراف معياري قدره (1.59) بالعام الجامعي (2018-2019) تم اختيارهن في ضوء خطة محكمة متعددة الأبعاد والمحكات، واستخدم الباحث برنامجا اثرائيا مقترحا، ومقياس مهارات العمل المستقبلية، ومقياس فاعلية الذات الريادية جميعهم من إعداد الباحث. وكشفت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمهارات العمل المستقبلية وفاعلية الذات الريادية لصالح القياس البعدي، في حين لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لمهارات العمل المستقبلية وفاعلية الذات الريادية، وتم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة لفت انتباه لجان القطاع في التخصصات المختلفة إلى إدراج مهارات العمل المستقبلية كأحد المقررات الدراسية في الجامعات، والاسراع بإعداد برامج إثرائية لمهارات العمل المستقبلية، ومهارات ريادة الاعمال لطالب الفرق النهائية بالجامعات. This research aimed at identifying the effect of a proposed enrichment program for developing future work skills and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among a sample of gifted students and discovering the degree of continuity of the effect of a proposed enrichment program for developing future work skills and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among a sample of gifted students in the Faculty of Specific Education, Alexandria University after a month from end of application. This research was applied on a sample consists of (16) female gifted student fourth year art education department with average age (21.67) years (SD=1.59) at university year (2018-2019). They were selected in light of a multidimensional plan. Researcher used a proposed enrichment program, future work skills scale and entrepreneurial self-efficacy scale. For statistical analysis researcher depended on Wilcoxson test and the effect size (η2). The results of the research indicated that there are a statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between mean ranks degrees of experimental group in the pre-test and post-test of future work skills and entrepreneurial self-efficacy in favor of the post-test and there are no significant differences at the level of (0.05) between mean ranks degrees of experimental group in the post-test and follow up-test of future work skills and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The results were discussed and interpreted in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies. As a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented in the light of the research results. (published abstract)
