هدف البحث للبحث عن المتطلبات التنظيمية والتربوية والاجتماعية لتطوير دور القيادات المدرسية في تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة مدارس التعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وأداة المقابلة لاستقصاء الاستجابات من عينة البحث وهي 16 خبير من خبراء المواطنة الرقمية. وتوصلت أبرز نتائج المتطلبات التنظيمية إلى ضرورة توافر سياسة الاستخدام الآمن للتقنية في المدرسة بالإضافة إلى وضع تشريعات تنظيمية للإبلاغ عن السلوكيات المخالفة. كما توصلت أبرز نتائج المتطلبات التربوية إلى المتطلبات التربوية ضرورة تدريب جميع العاملين في الميدان وتأهيلهم لتطبيق المواطنة الرقمية في المدرسة وتضمين قيم المواطنة الرقمية في الأنشطة الطلابية. في حين تمثلت أبرز المتطلبات الاجتماعية في الشراكة المجتمعية مع المؤسسات ذات العلاقة كشركات الاتصالات، الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني واستهداف أولياء الأمور من المهاجرين الرقميين في نشر الوعي حول قضايا المواطنة الرقمية. This research aimed to investigate the organizational, educational and social requirements to develop the role of school leaders in Reinforcing digital citizenship among students of public education schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the interview tool to survey responses from the research sample, which are 16 digital citizenship experts. The most prominent results of the regulatory requirements revealed the need for a policy for the safe use of technology in the school, in addition to the development of regulatory legislation to report violating behaviors. The most prominent results of the educational requirements also reached the educational requirements of the necessity of training all workers in the field and qualifying them to apply digital citizenship in the school and to include the values of digital citizenship in student activities. While the most prominent social requirements were represented in the societal partnership with relevant institutions such as telecommunications companies, the National Cyber Security Authority and targeting parents of digital immigrants in spreading awareness about digital citizenship issues.
