لقد أدى التطور الهائل في تكنولوجیا المعلومات والاتصالات إلى ظهور مصادر تعلیمیة إلكترونية حدیثة، والتي اكتسحت مختلف المیادین فظهر ما یسمى بالتعلیم الافتراضي والفصول الافتراضیة أوالجامعة الافتراضیة والتعلیم الإلكتروني والتعلیم المفتوح، والتعلیم المدمج، والتعلم المتنقل، والمكتبة الرقمیة، وتطبیقات الجیل الثالث للویب، وكلها نابعة من برامج التعلیم عن بعد، وقد أثبتت الدراسات والبحوث العلمیة فاعلیتها في التعلیم والتدریب، وإن هذه التغیرات والتطورات التقنیة التي شهدتها المجتمعات المعاصرة الیوم أصبحت تشكل ضغطا على المجال التعلیمي لذا ظهرت نداءات في الأوساط المثقفة إستجابة منطقیة للتحدیات الناشئة عن سرعة التغیر العلمي والتكنولوجي في مؤسسات التعلیم العالي والعام بإیجاد بدائل لطرح فرص تعلیم بشكل أكثر یسرا واتساعا ویأتي على رأس تلك البدائل وتلك التطورات التعلیم الافتراضي الذي یعد الطریقة السریعة والممیزة التي توفر للمتعلمین بیئة تعلیمیة افتراضیة تلبي احتیاجاتهم متجاوزة حدود الزمان والمكان، وتعد الفصول الافتراضیة إحدى التقنیات الحدیثة التي انبثقت عن "فكرة الجمع بین التعلیم عن بعد والتعلیم الالكتروني والتعلیم الافتراضي، كما ساعد النمو المتسارع في الأعوام الأخیرة في تقنیات الأجهزة المتنقلة؛ والمتمثل في زیادة قدرات بنیة الشبكات التحتیة ذات النطاق الترددي العریض، والتقدم في تقنیات الشبكات اللاسلكیة، وشیوع استخدام الهواتف المتنقلة وتطور صناعتها على اكتشاف آفاق جدیدة تتیح الاستفادة منها في التعلیم فظهر مفهوم جدید هو التعلم المتنقل؛ الذی یعتبر شكلا جدیدا من أشكال نظم التعلیم عن بعد، ونمطا تعلمیا إلكترونيا فریدا مكملا لعملیة التعلیم، یدعو الى استخدام الوسائل والاجهزة التقنیة المحمولة الحدیثة في التعلم، لتقدیم نوع جدید من التعلیم، یلائم الظروف المتغیرة والمستجدات الراهنة التي افرزتها العولمة، ویتناسب مع خصائص المتعلمین واحتیاجاتهم ومقرراتهم الدراسیة. ویتمثل الهدف الرئیسي لهذا البحث: وهو معرفة واقع إستخدام التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلیم النقال في برامج التعلیم عن بعد على ضوء بعض خبرات وتجارب عربیة وعالمیة، ویتفرع من هذا الهدف الرئیسي الأهداف الفرعیة التالیة: 1) معرفة ماهیة التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلیم النقال في برامج التعلیم عن بعد، وأبرز خصائصهم. 2) معرفة أهمیة إستخدام الفصول الإفتراضیة والتعلیم النقال في برامج التعلیم عن بعد. 3) معرفة العلاقة بین التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلیم النقال وبیئات التعلم الأخرى. 4) معرفة أبرز المعوقات والتحدیات التي تواجه التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلیم النقال في برامج التعلیم عن بعد. تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي لدراسة هذه الظاهرة، وتحلیل نتائج الدراسات والبحوث السابقة، والاطلاع على بعض التجارب العربیة والعالمیة في تطبیق التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلیم النقال. من أهم نتائج هذه الدراسة: 1) یعتبر التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلیم النقال هما الصیغة المتطورة للتعلیم عن بعد، 2) هناك بعض التحدیات والمعوقات التي ما زالت تشكل أحد السمات الملازمة للتعلیم الافتراضي والتعلیم النقال في برامج التعلیم عن بعد، هذا إلى جانب حاجة التعلیم النقال الى بنیة تحتیة وشبكات لاسلكیة واجهزة حدیثة. من أهم التوصیات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: 1) التأكید على اهمیة التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلم النقال وقابلیتهم في العملیة التعلیمیة، كون هذا النوع من التعلیم یخدم شرائح عدیدة في المجتمع،بعیدا عن حدود المكان وقیود الزمان. 2) توحید الجهود العربیة لتطویر برامج التعلیم عن بعد وبیئات التعلیم الافتراضي والتعلم النقال وتطویر المناهج الجامعیة الإلكترونية. 3) توظیف برامج التعلیم عن بعد في التعلیم الجامعي بشكل جزئي، بحیث یتم تدریس بعض المقررات الجامعیة بنظام التعلیم عن بعد. The main objective of this research: the knowledge of the reality of use the virtual learning and Mobile Learning in distance Learning programs in the light of the experiences of some Arab and international experiences, and the branches of this main goal the following objectives: 1) Know what the virtual learning and Mobile Learning in distance Learning programs , and the most prominent characteristics. 2) knowledge of the importance of the use of the virtual learning and Mobile Learning in distance learning programs. 3) Knowledge of The relationship between the virtual learning and Mobile Learning and other learning environments. 4) The main obstacles and challenges facing the virtual learning and Mobile Learning in distance learning programs. The following descriptive approach and method for the study of this phenomenon, and analyze the results of previous studies and research, and access to some Arab and international experiences in the application the virtual learning and Mobile Learning the results the virtual learning and Mobile Learning are evolving formula for distance education, there are some challenges and obstacles that continue to pose one of the inherent features of the virtual learning and Mobile Learning in distance learning programs, along with a need mobile learning to infrastructure and networks for wireless and modern devices. This study's recommendations: Emphasize the importance of the virtual learning and Mobile Learning and their ability in the educational process, the fact that this type of education serves the many segments of society, away from the limits of space and time limitations, Unify Arab efforts to develop distance learning programs and environments virtual learning and Mobile Learning and the development of University curricula electronic, employment of distance Learning programs in university education partially, so that it is teaching some university courses distance Learning system.
