هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة من حیث تعریفها، وسیاقها التاریخي بین الماضي والحاضر، وأسبابها ومظاهرها، والسرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة في ضوء الفقه والقانون، وتسلیط الضوء على بعض التوجهات والرؤى للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة، وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحلیلي في هذا البحث لمناسبته لمثل هذا النوع من الأبحاث، حیث تم تناول المحاور التالیة: 1) السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة. 2) السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة بین الماضي والحاضر. 3) أسباب ومظاهر السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة. 4) السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة في ضوء الفقه. 5) السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة في ضوء القانون. 6) توجهات ورؤى للتصدي لظاهرة السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة. وقام الباحثان بتقدیم مجموعة من التوصیات من أهمها: 1) أن تقوم الجامعات والأساتذة بنشر الوعي بضرورة احترام حقوق الملكیة الفكریة لدى الطلبة الجامعیین باعتبارهم نواة المستقبل في البحث العملي. 2) أن یمثل الأساتذة الجامعیین والباحثین الأكادیمیین القدوة الحسنة للآخرین. 3) تفعیل القوانین الخاصة بحقوق الملكیة الفكریة والتشدد في تنفيذ العقوبات ضد من ینسبون لأنفسهم جهود الآخرین، وتثبت السرقة العلمية بحقهم. 4) توظیف التكنولوجیا ومحركات البحث المختلفة في الكشف عن السرقات العلمية. 5) التشهیر بمن یرتكبون جرائم السرقات العلمية في الأوساط الأكادیمیة، كي یكونوا عبرة لغیرهم. 6) تعزیز دور الوازع الدیني والضمیر الإنساني، والأمانة العلمية لدى طلبة العلم والباحثین. 7) إعداد قاعدة بیانات مشتركة بین الجامعات ومراكز البحث العلمي في العالم العربي. 8) الاستفادة من خبرات الجامعات ومراكز البحث العلمي العالمیة في التصدي للسرقات العلمية، واحترام حقوق الملكیة الفكریة. This research is aimed to recognition the scientific thefts in Academic circles in terms of definition, historical context between past and present, its causes and manifestations, scientific thefts in academic circles, in the light of the jurisprudence and law, and to shed light on some of the trends and visions to deal with this phenomenon, and the two researchers used the descriptive analytical method In this research, because it's suitable for this kind of researc. The research addresses the following axises: 1) Scientific thefts in academic circles. 2) Scientific thefts in academic circles between past and present. 3) The causes and manifestations of scientific thefts in academic circles. 4) Scientific thefts in academic circles, in the light of the jurisprudence. 5) scientific thefts in academic circles, in the light of the law. 6) trends and visions to face the phenomenon of scientific thefts in academic circles. The two researchers presented a set of recommendations including: 1) The universities and professors should have the role to disseminate awareness of respect intellectual property rights among university students as the nucleus of the future in scientific research. 2) The university professors and academic researchers should be good models to others. 3) Activation the laws of intellectual property rights, and stricter enforcement of sanctions against those who attribute to themselves the efforts of others, when prove that they the scientific theft. 4) Using technology and the various search engines in the detection of scientific thefts. 5) Defamation who commit the crimes scientific thefts in academic circles, in order to be an example to others. 6) Strengthening the role of religious faith, humanitarian conscience, and Scientific Secretariat to the students and researchers. 7) Preparation of common database among universities and scientific research centers in the Arab world. 8) Benefit from the expertise of universities and scientific research centers of the world in addressing scientific thefts, and respect for intellectual property rights.
