هدفت الدراسة على التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة قيم المواطنة لدى معلمي اللغة العربية في محافظة مسقط من وجهة نظرهم في محافظة مسقط لقيم المواطنة من وجهة نظرهم. ويتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات اللغة العربية بمدارس السلطنة بمختلف محافظات سلطنة عُمان، وتضم العينة (180) معلمًا ومعلمة من إجمالي(332) معلمًا ومعلمة، بنسبة تقريبية 75% من إجمالي معلمي اللغة العربية لتدريس الطلبة في السلطنة. لقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المشاركين في الدراسة على أساس متغير النوع المستجيب في درجة التحديات التي تواجه معلمي اللغة العربية في محافظة مسقط لقيم المواطنة من وجهة نظرهم حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المشاركين في الدراسة على أساس متغير المؤهل الدراسي المستجيب في درجة التحديات التي تواجه معلمي اللغة العربية في محافظة مسقط لقيم المواطنة من وجهة نظرهم وسبل تحسينها. لقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المشاركين في الدراسة على أساس متغير الخبرة للمعلمين المستجيبين في درجة التحديات التي تواجه معلمي اللغة العربية في محافظة مسقط لقيم المواطنة من وجهة نظرهم. وكانت أهم توصيات الدراسة الاهتمام بالطلبة من منخفضي توكيد الذات كون الجوانب المعرفية عن مفاهيم المواطنة لديهم مرتفعة ومشاركتهم قليلة في المدارس. Where the study aimed to identify the degree to which Arabic language teachers practice the values of citizenship in the Governorate of Muscat from their point of view and ways to improve them and suggesting ways to activate the role of Arabic language teachers in the Governorate of Muscat for the values of citizenship from their point of view and ways to improve them among students. The study population consists of all Arabic language teachers in the schools of the Sultanate in the various governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. The sample includes (180) male and female teachers out of a total of (332) male and female teachers, with an approximate percentage of 75% of the total Arabic language teachers teaching students in the Sultanate. The results of the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the participants in the study on the basis of the gender-responsive variable in the degree of challenges facing Arabic language teachers in the Governorate of Muscat for the values of citizenship from their point of view and ways to improve them. Whereas, the results of the study concluded that there are no significant differences Statistical significance among the participants in the study on the basis of the academic qualification variable: the respondent in the degree of challenges facing Arabic language teachers in the Governorate of Muscat for the values of citizenship from their point of view and ways to improve them. The results of the study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences between the participants in the study on the basis of the variable of experience for teachers responding to the degree of challenges facing Arabic language teachers in the Governorate of Muscat for the values of citizenship from their point of view and ways to improve them. The most important recommendations of the study were: Paying attention to students of low self-assertion, since the cognitive aspects of their citizenship concepts are high, and their participation is low in schools.
