يعد الإرشاد الأكاديمي من الخدمات الأساسية التي من المفترض أن تقدمها المؤسسة التعليمية إلى جميع الطلبة وبهذا فهو ليس غاية إنسانية فقط بل حاجة ماسة لكل المراحل في المؤسسات التربوية بكل مستوياتها. إن النظرة التي تبنتها العملية التربوية الحديثة ترتكز على التلميذ بدرجة أكبر مما أتاحت الفرصة أمام نظريات الإرشاد التربوي والنفسي للمساهمة بفعالية في وضع المستوى التعليمي للتلميذ نتيجة توافقه الدراسي، الاجتماعي والنفسي، وبالتالي أصبح لبرامج الأكاديمي مكانة هامة في العملية التربوية من أجل بناء شخصية متكاملة. وبما أنه أصبح جزءا رئيسيا في الأنظمة التربوية والجزائر ليست في منأى عن هذا التوجه حيث أنها قامت بإصلاح نظامها التربوي في العشرية الأخيرة وكيفت مهام مستشاري التوجيه لتشمل عملية الإرشاد النفسي والتربوي لتقديم خدمات متخصصة للتلاميذ وأولياءهم والفريق التربوي هذا في التعليم العام, كما أن التعليم العالي بدأ في تأسيس نظام إرشاد أكاديمي خاص يتكفل به هيئة التدريس. جاءت هذه الورقة لتسليط الضوء على الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالتعليم العام والجامعي، آليات تجسيده وعلى أهم الفاعلين في هذا المجال. Academic counseling is one of the basic services that the educational institution is supposed to provide to all students. It is therefore not only a humanitarian goal, but an urgent need for all stages in educational institutions at all levels. The view adopted by the modern educational process is based more on the pupil, which allowed the theories of educational and psychological counseling to contribute effectively to the development of the educational level of the student as a result of academic, social and psychological, and thus the academic programs have become an important place in the educational process in order to build an integrated personality. Since it has become a major part of the educational systems, Algeria is not immune to this trend as it has reformed its educational system in the last decade and has adapted the functions of guidance counselors to include the process of psychological and educational counseling to provide specialized services to pupils and their parents and this educational team in general education. Higher Institute began to establish a special academic guidance system sponsored by the faculty. This paper came to highlight the academic guidance of public and university education, the mechanisms of its embodiment and the most important actors in this field. (Published abstract)

Le conseil scolaire est l'un des services de base que l'établissement d'enseignement est censé fournir à tous les étudiants. Il ne s'agit donc pas seulement d'un objectif humanitaire, mais d'un besoin urgent de toutes les étapes dans les établissements d'enseignement à tous les niveaux. Le point de vue adopté par le processus éducatif moderne est davantage basé sur l'élève, ce qui a permis aux théories de l'orientation éducative et psychologique de contribuer efficacement au développement du niveau éducatif de l'étudiant grâce aux résultats scolaires, sociaux et psychologiques, et donc les programmes académiques sont devenus une place importante dans le processus éducatif afin de construire une personnalité intégrée. Puisqu'elle est devenue une partie importante des systèmes éducatifs, l'Algérie n'est pas à l'abri de cette tendance car elle a réformé son système éducatif au cours de la dernière décennie et a adapté les fonctions de conseillers d'orientation pour inclure le processus de conseil psychologique et éducatif pour fournir des services spécialisés. Services aux élèves et à leurs parents et à cette équipe pédagogique dans l'enseignement général. L'Institut supérieur a commencé à établir un système spécial d'orientation scolaire parrainé par la faculté. Cet article est venu mettre en évidence l'orientation académique de l'enseignement public et universitaire, les mécanismes de son incarnation et les acteurs les plus importants dans ce domaine.
