هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف علي واقع أداء المشرفين التربويين بمنطقة عسير في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر معلميهم، والكشف عن أكثر المعوقات التي عرقلت أداء المشرفين التربويين عن تطبيق الإشراف الالكتروني، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) معلمًا من معلمي كافة مدارس البنين بمنطقة عسير التعليمية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومنها: جاءت استجابة أفراد عينة البحث حول محور واقع أداء المشرفين التربويين بمنطقة عسير أثناء جائحة كورونا جاء بدرجة موافقة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (99.1) وانحراف معياري (77.1) ووزن نسبي (49.99)، وتري عينة الدراسة الأداء المتوسط للمشرفات في جميع عبارات المحور سواء مساعده المعلمين ومتابعه تفعيل المنصات أو إيجاد بدائل مناسبه لاستمرار أداء العملية التعليمية. كما ظهر بعد المعوقات التقنية للمحور الثاني حيث كانت الموافقة كبيرة علي عباراته كمعوق أساسي بمتوسط (4.2) وانحراف معياري (721.0)، ووزن نسبي (82%) ورتبه موافقه سواء كان في الدرجة الكلية أو بخصوص جميع عباراته. وفي ضوء ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج يمكن الخروج بعدد من التوصيات، ومنها: تخصيص المزيد من الموارد المالية اللازمة لتوفير التجهيزات الخاصة بعملية الاشراف الالكتروني، وعقد المزيد من الورش التدريبية والندوات التي تعمل علي تنمية مهارات تطبيق الاشراف الإلكتروني. The study aims to identify the reality of the performance of educational supervisor in the Asir region in the light of the Corona pandemic from the point of view of their teachers, and to reveal the most obstacles that have hindered the performance of educational supervisors with regards to the application of electronic supervision. The descriptive approach has been used, and the questionnaire has been used as a tool for the study, through which data were collected on the study sample, which consists of 350 teachers of the male students schools of Asir. The results of the study have shown the following results: The response of the research sample members on the axis of the reality of the performance of educational supervisors in the Asir region during the Corona pandemic comes with a medium approval degree and a mean of (99.1) and a standard deviation of (77.1) and a relative weight (49.99). The study sample finds that the performance of the supervisors is medium in all the axis phrases, whether they help the teachers and follow up the activation of the platforms or find suitable alternatives for the continuation of the performance of the educational process. It has been found that the variable of the technical obstacles of the second axis in which there is a great approval of the phrases as a main obstacle with an average of (4.2), a standard deviation (721.0), a relative weight of 82%, and an agreement and a relative weight of 82% and its rank agreement, whether in the total degree or in relation to all of statements. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations can be recommended, including: allocating more financial resources which are necessary to provide equipment for the electronic supervision process, and holding more workshops. Another recommendation is to hold Training workshops and seminars to develop the skills of applying electronic supervision. (Published abstract)
