يهدف البحث للكشف عن العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى طلبة المدرسة العليا للأساتذة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 120 طالب وطالبة، تم استخدام قائمة العوامل الخمسة الكبرى المعدّة من طرف (Costa & McCrae, 1992). أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن سمتي يقظة الضمير والعصابية هما الأكثر شيوعا لدى الطلبة، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة ترجع لمتغير الجنس. The research aimed to reveal the big five factors of personality among students of the High School of Teachers. The research sample consisted of 120 male and female students, the list of the big five factors prepared by (Costa & McCrae, 1992) was used. The results of the study indicated that the traits of conscientiousness and neuroticism are the most common among students, and that there are no significant differences due to the gender variable.
