هدفت هذه الدراسـة إلى التعرف على أسباب ظاهرة الغش في الامتحان في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية. تم تصميم استبانة بالاستعانة بدراسات سابقة وفقا لأسئلة الدراسة، تم توزيعها على عينة قدرها (57) عضوا من أعضاء الهيئات التدريسية في الجامعات الأردنية، وتم استرداد (50) استـبانة صالحة للتحليـل الإحصائي. توصلت الدراسة الى أن هناك أسباب متعددة لظاهرة الغش في الامتحان تمثلت في كل من (الطالب، الأسرة، المؤسسة التعليمية، الامتحان، وعضو هيئة التدريس). وأوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات. This study aims to investigate reasons behind students cheating behavior in higher education institutions in The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan from teaching staff perspective. For this purpose, a self-administrated questionnaire was designed by the aid of previous studies and distributed over a sample totaling (57) teaching staff in various universities. (50) Questionnaires were collected and analyzed. The study findings indicate that students cheating in exams were due to different reasons such as (the student himself, the university, the exam, the teaching staff, and the students’ family). The study suggests a set of recommendations. (Published abstract)
