This research aimed at benefiting from the Education and Training processes and programs adopted in producing corporate universities in the United Kingdoms, taking Jaguar Land Rover Learning Academy as a model, with the purpose of discovering the proposed measures recommended for the development of education and training in producing corporate universities in general. In order to achieve such purpose, the research adopted descriptive documentary approach for the collection and analyses of documents and evidences available at the website of the selected corporate university. Moreover, producing corporate universities were addressed in accordance with some core axes, including: the vision and mission of the corporate university, its strategic goals, the education and training programs adopted therein, and partnership and evaluation practices. Accordingly, the research concluded many results, which were formulated in the form of proposed measures for the development of education and training provided in corporate universities, which could be considered as the benefits of the British experience having a significance in supporting the national economy, developing the performance of national corporates and enhancing the manpower working in such corporates in order to improve their performance and increase their productivity. In general, the most important developmental measures include: allocating a part of the financial statement and investment by each corporate for the establishment of the university affiliated to the producing corporation; developing educational processes through granting various educational programs for all categories, including workers of the establishing corporate, those wishing to work therein, or those wishing to acquire a specialized scientific degree in the field; and developing the training practices through providing training basically for the employees working in the corporates instituted the university, and partially for those wishing to work in the corporation.
