هدفت الورقة العلمية إلى تحديد دور المعلمين في تنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبة التعليم العام في ضوء رؤية المملكة ،2030 ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمجموعة الدراسات السابقة - العربية بصورة عامة والسعودية منها بصورة خاصة - المنشورة في األوعية العربية المختلفة المتضمنة بالمكتبة الرقمية السعودية في الفترة من 2015 إلى 2023؛ بغرض تحليل الأدوار التي يقوم بها المعلمون بغرض تنمية قيمة المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبتهم في مراحل التعليم العام المختلفة، حيث تبين أن مجمل الدراسات تشير إلى أن للمعلمين أدوار حاسمة في تعليم طلبتهم للمفاهيم والممارسات الأساسية للمواطنة الرقمية، يشمل ذلك تنمية الوعي بقواعد السلوك الرقمي والمسؤولية الاجتماعية عبر الإنترنت، وتعزيز إلى ما كشف عنه التحليل المهارات التكنولوجية للتعامل بشكل آمن مع الأدوات والتطبيقات الرقمية، واستناداً تم تقديم مجموعة من المقترحات التي يمكن للمعلمين الاسترشاد بها بغرض دعم جهودهم في مجال تنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى طلبتهم. The scientific paper aimed to determine the teacher's role in developing the values of digital citizenship among public education students in the light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was followed for a group of previous studies - Arabic studies in general and Saudi ones in particular- which published in the various Arabic containers included in the digital library. Saudi Arabia from 2015 AD to 2023 AD; In order to analyze the roles that teachers play in order to develop the value of digital citizenship among their students in the various stages of general education, as it was found that all studies indicate that teachers have crucial roles in teaching their students the basic concepts and practices of digital citizenship, including developing awareness of the rules of digital behavior and social responsibility through The Internet, and the enhancement of technological skills to deal safely with digital tools and applications, and based on what was revealed by the analysis, a set of proposals were presented that teachers can guide in order to support their efforts in the field of developing the values of digital citizenship among their students.
