تهدف الورقة الى اإلجابة عن أسئلة مفادها معرفة قواعد حكم الناقد على العمل المكتوب الذي يقوم بتحكيمه حكما مطلقا بالقبول او مقيدا ضمن معايير وضوابط معينة، ويعتمد ذلك على نوع وخصائص العمل البحثي الذي يكلف بالحكم عليه، وهذه الأسئلة تخدم اجاباتها محتوى الورقة العلمي، وقد تم تلخيصها في التالي: المقصود بالبحث العلمي، عناصر البحث العلمي، والفرق بين الرسالة العلمية والبحث العلمي المنشور في المجالت العلمية المحكمة، والفرق بين الورقة العلمية والمقالة العلمية والتقرير العلمي والبحث العلمي والرسالة العلمية، واخيرا استراتيجية نقد البحوث العلمية، فمضمون الورقة ما هو الا تلميحات لأهم الأعمال والواجبات المطلوبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا، وسيتم القاء الضوء عليها لتوضيح ذلك. This paper aims to answer the questions related to realizing rules of the critic’s judgment on the written work that he judges, whether through an absolute acceptance or restricted by certain standards and controls. This depends on the type and characteristics of the research work that the critic is assigned to handle. The answer to these questions serves the scientific content of the paper. They have been summarized as it follows: What is meant by scientific research, elements of scientific research, difference between a scientific thesis and scientific research published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and the difference between a scientific paper, a scientific article; scientific report, scientific research and scientific thesis; finally, the strategy for criticizing scientific research. The content of this paper is just hints to the most important tasks and duties which the post- graduate students supposed to perform; here we will highlight them to be clear. (Author’s abstract)
