Forasmuch the importance of the dialogue culture and influence effectively at all levels This research aims at revealing the nature of the relation between the practice of female academic staff to levels of marital dialogue and family crisis management, where they were met data through the application of research tools namely (general data form , the levels of marital dialogue scale, family crisis scale , and family crisis management scale) on an intentional sample consists of (150) members of the academic staff belonging to different colleges of Mansoura University, the most important results of the research resulted in; the existence of positive correlation between practice of female academic staff to levels of marital dialogue and family crisis management (Dimensions - total score), there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample in each of the practice levels of marital dialogue and family crisis management according to the nature of the study, the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample in each of the family crisis management , and practice of levels of marital dialogue (Opinion - emotion- total score) according to the duration of married life in favor of the largest duration, and the existence of statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research sample in practice of levels of marital dialogue (opinion- needs - total score) and the family crisis management (during the crisis - after the crisis - the total score) according to the educational level of the husband in favor of the above qualified university. The results also showed there were no statistically significant differences in the family crisis management in all its stages according to (the scientific degree of academic staff - family monthly income - the age difference between couple) as well as in the practice levels of dialogue marital according to monthly income, there were statistically significant difference in practice of levels of dialogue marital (opinion - emotion - needs - total score) depending on the age difference between spouses in favor of the fewer, in addition to a discrepancy statistically significant difference in practice of levels of dialogue marital (opinion - total score) according to the scientific degree of academic staff in favor of the degree top. The researcher presented some recommendations that may be useful to the family and authority's vested interest in it, and the couple in particular; to strengthen the dialogue culture, which is one of the axioms dealing successful and effective tool to resolve crises.
