هدفت المقياس إلى تحديد مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي، والتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، ويتألف المقياس من تسعة أبعاد، تم صياغة البنود التي تمثل كل بعد من الأبعاد التسعة ليصل عدد بنود المقياس إلى (54) بند، وقد وضع الباحث مجموعة من البدائل لكل بند من بنود المقياس وفق تدريج ليكرت وذلك (أوافق بشدة = 4 درجات)، (أوافق = 3 درجات)، (لا أوافق = 2 درجتان)، (لا أوافق بشدة = 1 درجة واحدة)، وبالتالى تبلغ الدرجة الصغرى للمقياس (54) درجة، أما الدرجة العظمى فتبلغ (216) درجة، وتشير الدرجة المرتفعة إلى المستويات العليا من المناعة النفسية، أما الدرجات المنخفضة فتشير إلى إنخفاض مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى الفرد، ويطبق المقياس بشكل فردي وجماعي. تم تطبيق المقياس على عينة استطلاعية مكونة من (59) طالبا بالصف الأول الثانوي، واستخدم الباحث لحساب الصدق طريقة الإتساق الداخلي، ولحساب الثبات طريقة ألفا كرونباخ. وأسفرت نتائج التحليل عن ارتفاع مؤشرات الصدق بين البنود والأبعاد التي تنتمي إليها حيث تراوحت ما بين (0.334-0.732)، وبين الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية للمقياس عن صدق وثبات المقياس حيث تراوحت ما بين (0.436-0.723)، كما بلغ معامل ثبات المقياس بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ (0.856). The scale was designed to determine the level of psychological immunity in the first grade of secondary students and to verify its psychometric characteristics. The scale consists of nine dimensions. The items representing each of the nine dimensions were formulated to reach the number of items in the scale to 54 items. The results were based on a sample of 59 students in the first grade of secondary. The researcher used the method of internal consistency to calculate the stability. The results of the analysis revealed the high indicators of truth between the items and the dimensions to which they belong. 0.732), and between the dimensions and the total degree of the scale for the accuracy and stability of the scale, which ranged between (0.436 - 0.723), and the coefficient of stability of the scale in the way Alpha Kronbach (0.856).
