هدفت هذه الورقة إلى إعداد مقياس عن الرضا عن الإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية والتحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية، وتكون المقياس في صورته النهائية من (15) عبارة تقيس مستوى الرضا عن الإنجاز الأكاديمي، والمقياس أحادي البعد، قام الباحث بتقنين المقياس على عينة استطلاعية قوامها (40) طالباً من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية. وأسفرت نتائج التحليل لبيانات العينة الاستطلاعية عن توافر مؤشرات الصدق والثبات في المقياس، حيث تراوح الصدق بطريقة الإتساق الداخلي بين (0.463-0.841) لجميع عبارات المقياس مع الدرجة الكلية للمقياس، كما أظهرت نتائج التحليل ثبات مقياس حيث بلغ معامل الثبات بطريقة التجزئة النصفية (0.922)، أما ثبات المقياس بطريقة ألفا كرونباخ فبلغت قيمته (0.913). The aim of this paper is to prepare a measure of satisfaction with academic achievement among high school students and to verify its psychometric characteristics. In its final form, the measure consists of 15 words that measure the level of satisfaction with academic achievement and the one-dimensional measure. The results of the analysis of the sample of the survey sample revealed the availability of the indicators of truth and stability in the scale, where the honesty was in the internal consistency between (0.463-0.841) for all the terms of the scale with the total score of the scale.
