هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر برنامج للإعلام التربوي قائم على الويب في تنمية الامن الفكري لدى طلاب المرحلة الجامعية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي في تصميم المجموعات المتكافئة. وتمثلت ادوات الدراسة في: برنامج للإعلام التربوي قائم على الويب لتنمية الأمن الفكري، واختبار تحصيل الجانب المعرفي للأمن الفكري، واستمارة تقييم الأداء للجانب المهاري للأمن الفكري، من إعداد الباحثة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى: 1) وجود فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعتين (الضابطة والتجريبية) في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار تحصيل الجانب المعرفي للأمن الفكري لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. 2) وجود فروق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعتين (الضابطة والتجريبية) في التطبيق البعدي لاستمارة تقييم الأداء لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. This study aimed to define the effect of a web-based educational information program on the intellectual security development of university students, in order to achieve this goal, the researcher used semi-experimental approach to design equivalent groups. The study tools were resembled in: web-based educational information program for intellectual security development by the researcher, Test to examine the knowledge aspect achievement of intellectual security, skill based Performance evaluation form for intellectual security prepared by the researcher. The results showed that: 1) Statistically significant differences occur at significance value of 0.01 in the mean scores of students of the two groups (control and experimental) in the post application to examine the achievement based on the cognitive oriented approach of intellectual security in favor of the experimental group. 2) Occur at significance value of 0.01 in the mean scores of students of the two groups (control and experimental) in the post application based on the performance evaluation form in favor of the experimental group.
