هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مجالات وتحديات ومتطلبات الشراكة المجتمعية بقسم الإدارة التربوية بجامعة الملك سعود لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي، وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة بلغ عددها (49) طالبة من طالبات الدراسات العليا بقسم الإدارة التربوية بجامعة الملك سعود وكان من نتائج الدراسة الآتي: 1) من أهم مجالات الشراكة المجتمعية لقسم الإدارة التربوية بجامعة الملك سعود لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 (تقديم البرامج التدريبية المتخصصة - إجراء البحوث حول قضايا المجتمع - ربط البرامج الأكاديمية بالمجتمع المحلي - تقديم الاستشارات لمؤسسات المجتمع). 2) من أهم تحديات تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لقسم الإدارة التربوية بجامعة الملك سعود لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 (ضعف قنوات الاتصال مع مؤسسات المجتمع - نقص البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة لتفعيل برامج الشراكة المجتمعية - المركزية العالية في النظام الإداري الجامعي - ضعف مستوى العمل التشاركي بالقسم). 3) من أهم متطلبات تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية لقسم الإدارة التربوية بجامعة الملك سعود لتحقيق رؤية المملكة 2030 (إعداد خطة استراتيجية للشراكة المجتمعية - تطوير برامج القسم الدراسية بما يتلاءم مع متطلبات سوق العمل - تطوير السياسات واللوائح لتمكين الشراكة المجتمعية فيها - توفير قاعدة بيانات تخدم الشراكة المجتمعية). هذا وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة طرح البرامج التدريبية من قبل القسم لكافة المستفيدين من شرائح المجتمع، وإيجاد قنوات اتصال بين القسم ومؤسسات المجتمع في برامج الشراكة المجتمعية، وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات تخدم الشراكة المجتمعية، وتشكيل لجان للعمل التشاركي من قبل منسوبي القسم، وإقامة البرامج التوعوية بأهمية الشراكة المجتمعية ودورها في تطوير العملية التعليمية. The study aims at developing the community partnership at the Educational Administration Department of King Saud University in light of the Saudi 2030 Vision. The study uses the analytical survey descriptive methodology. A questionnaire was used on a sample of 49 female students who are registered in the higher studies section, Educational Administration Department of King Saud University during the first academic semester 1437-1438H. The most important results of the study included the following: 1) The most important aspects of community partnership for the Department of Educational Administration at King Saud University to achieve the vision 2030 (providing specialized educational programs, conducting research about the issues of the society, linking the academic programs with the local community and providing consultations to the institutions of the society). 2) The most important challenges to activate the community partnership of the Department of Educational Administration at King Saud University to achieve the vision 2030 (weak communication channels with the organizations of the society, lack of the necessary data and information for the activation of the community participation programs, high centralization in the university administration system and weak level of cooperation by the staff of the department). 3) The most important requirements for activating the community partnership of the Department of Educational Administration at King Saud University to achieve the vision 2030 (preparing a strategic plan for the community participation, developing the department's study programs that are suitable for the requirements of the marketplace, developing the policies and regulations that enable the community participation and providing a database that serves the community participation). The study reached several recommendations including (Introducing the training programs by the department to all the beneficiaries of the segments of society, Establish channels of communication between the department and community institutions in community partnership programs, Create a database that serves the community partnership, Forming committees for participatory work by the department's staff, and Establishing awareness programs on the importance of community partnership and its role in developing the educational process).
